OPTIONAL 2-WAY BLUETOOTH AUDIO MODULE:
Audio Module with 6" 3.5mm Stereo Analog Cable and Module with Digital USB port
Thank you for purchasing our AudioRAZR Bluetooth Audio Module.
The Bluetooth Audio Module is a device that provides Bluetooth
connectivity for stereo audio streaming when plugged into 3.5mm
stereo jack (headphone) of any audio devices or USB port of laptops
or desktops without Bluetooth functionalities.
It can also acts as a backup Battery Charger as well with the USB cable.
You will now enjoy the unique wireless features provided by the AudioRAZR
with any of your NON Bluetooth devices such as Radio's, TV's, CD & DVD
players, portable devices and even whole home entertainment systems.
For SKYPE / Vonage users there is a special “Y” voice / audio connector
that will connect to your Notebook, Laptop or PC / Apple computers.
Page 16...................................................................AudioRAZR
USING AUDIO MODULE TO LISTEN WITH HEADSET:
l Power on Headset and Audio Module to establish Bluetooth connection.
Plug one end of Stereo or USB cable into Audio Module and the other
end into Stereo or USB input of audio device.
l From now on, music will play from Headset in stereo mode.
l While playing music, user can control volume and also pause, stop and
replay music by manipulating buttons on Headset. However, it is important
to note that during execution of pause, stop and replay functions, even though
music will not be heard from Headset, music will continuously be playing from
the audio device itself.
This is due to the fact audio signal processing from Audio Module is analog in nature.
USING AUDIO MODULE TO STREAM STEREO AUDIO:
l To use Audio Module to stream audio from PC, plug one end of the mini USB into
Audio Module and the other end into USB port of PC.
l The Audio Module will then take over the default soundcard as ‘USB Audio Device’.
If music does not play from Headset, go to Control Panel à Sound and Audio Setting
and check if ‘USB Audio Device’ is present under Audio Tab. If USB is plugged out,
‘USB Audio Device’ will disappear from Audio Tab.
l From now on, music will play from Headset in stereo mode.
Note : With battery mounted, if
Audio Module is connected to PC via USB Cable,
it will automatically enter into charging mode. Since power is supplied from PC,
Audio Module can be used for streaming audio without having to mount a battery.
The performance of wireless audio streaming depends on the environment where it is used.
Walls, partitions, doors, furniture etc can block the path of transmitted radio signals thereby
resulting in shorter range and even sound distortions. Likewise, the human body also affects
the performance especially when the Audio Module connected to audio device is held close
to the body. It is a good practice for excellent reception to use the headset and the Audio
module on the right side of the body as the right side of the headset does the communicating
with the Audio Module. Try not to cover the right side of the headset with your hands as it
could affect signal transmission and drop outs.
1) Audio Module can be
connected to USB port or Audio Jack of audio devices
and can be switched from one mode to another by pressing ON/OFF button once.
2) Audio Module remembers
the last settings of the mode used, that is, whether
USB or audio connection was made. If the last setting was that of USB, then the
next time it is connected to Headset, USB mode will be activated. Likewise, if
the
last setting was that of Audio Jack, then Audio Jack mode will be activated.
3) If Audio Module and
Headset goes out of transmission range, Audio Module
will attempt to reestablish the Bluetooth connection within 60 seconds from the
time the service was disconnected.
Audio Module can be used
without battery if it is connected to devices with power
supply capabilities, for instance PCs.
4) When Audio Module is
connected to TV, to reestablish connection with Headset,
simply press ON/OFF button of Audio Module after switching on the Headset.
5) When Audio Module and
Headset have been disconnected normally (change
Headset battery, powering off Headset), to reestablish the connection, simply
press ON/OFF button on Audio Module.

you have Bluetooth capabilities it is all the same. First put in a fresh charged
battery into
both your headset and your cell phone to get started on the right foot. Put the

the Bluetooth 'FIND' mode by pressing and holding down BOTH the Volume UP

can be found off the main menu at SETTINGS under
CONNECTIONS and then select the
BLUETOOTH icon. It will usually ask if you wish to find new equipment and
you select
YES. Search mode last for about 20 seconds and you should see

you for a PIN or KEY number... put in four Zero's "0000" and then hit OK.
You should be paired and if you have the RIZR then you can select music and you
will
begin to hear in STEREO your entire MP3/WMA music collection. When a call
comes
in you can let the phone auto answer or you can touch the LARGE triangle button
to
start your cell phone conversation while your music is put on PAUSE. To
end the cell
phone call hit the pause button and music will resume where you
left off and the call will
end. It is just THAT simple. You can also use Voice dialing BTW....
